An artist for over forty years, Carol was born in Chicago and received her BFA degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1971. Beginning as a fashion designer for Huntington Industries at the Merchandise Mart, she later became the Assistant Director of Publications of The Art Institute of Chicago. In 1976 she moved to a farm outside of Mt. Morris in northern Illinois. She belongs to the Eagle's Nest Art Group in Oregon, Illinois, and has created and painted numerous stage sets and backdrops for the Performing Arts Guild of Mt. Morris. Her artwork can be found in many public and private collections. |
